JOB OVERVIEW:
We seek a motivatedEntry Level Recruiterto join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale and help us achieve our mission of creating a prosperous future through strategic talent acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Sourcing:Find and attract a wide range of talented candidates using various tools and techniques.
Customer Service:Provide outstanding support to candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Interview Coordination:Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth operation.
Research:Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
Educational Events:Help plan and host educational events, such as workshops and webinars, to engage and inform our community.
Social Media Engagement:Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience.
